High profile position that is earmarked for succession planning and promotion into the Director, WW Materials capacity.
High-Paced, High-Profile Role, individual will be responsible for developing and leading the execution of the Material. Management functions (Non-Purchasing) across the EMS BU
Requirements:
15+ years of demonstrated Supply Chain Management experience (Purchasing, Sourcing, Planning, Inventory, Warehouse, Logistics, Shipping and Receiving), Strong Planning and Operations background
Proven results in transforming the materials management function from a Batch in Que Environment to a Continuous Flow Model
Expert in Lean practice and principals
Proven results and experience in Oracle, R12 Lean Module implementation
International work experience
In-depth knowledge and proven results on implementing Capacity Planning/Run-Rates, JIT, VMI, Material Flow optimization
In-depth knowledge of E2E Supply Chain
Experience in managing multimillion dollar budgets
Experienced Global Leader with a proven track record
Ability to work with Senior Level management both internally and externally
Strong Negotiation Communication and Organization skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to manage multiple activities at the same time
Relationship Builder, Strong Customer Service Focus, Charge Agent
Ability to recognize challenge areas, develop the strategies to overcome the challenge and execute against the strategy for positive results
