FACILITY MANAGERAs Facility Manager you will get a challenging position acting as responsible of the maintenance, preservation, proper use and care of the facilities, positioning the staff in a major supporting role. Responsibilities and Activities:Coordinate the Facilities team activities & installations guarantying customer and employee satisfaction, promoting a culture of good quality service.Establish the operation and maintenance of the Service Desk.Provide training to employees according to their specific needs.Coordinate the correct delivery of the service provided according to the organizations specifications.Proactively participate in the Management.Motivate and guide the LSC team towards the development of their leadership skills.Design the strategic plans for LSC LOM, creation of KPI’s & SLA’s.
