Asegurar cumplimiento de todos los procesos de RH en México con la LFT y las políticas de de la compañía; Revisar, negociar y administrar los Contratos Colectivos de Trabajo de la empresa buscando su óptimo manejo económico y laboral. Analizando los costos de personal, presupuestos asignados y viabilidades financieras y operativas de aquellas peticiones de las Representaciones Sindicales así como de las que la Compañía plantee; Fomentar, procurar y aplicar la normatividad interna en materia de disciplina interna y buenas practicas de manufactura por parte del personal en general colaborando en la difusión de las normas internas respectivas. Perfil deseado Generalista con estabilidad curricular. Previa experiencia organizando equipos y trabajando con sindicatos. Amplio conocimiento de la LFT. Perfil deseado Responsibilities. Managing daily cash balances and trading in the financial markets; Strategic management of Company assets including retirement plan. Being responsible of the company working capital jointly with the corporate controller and administrative controller. Ensuring that a company's cash flow is adequate to allow it to operate effectively. Forecasting cash payments and anticipating challenges arising from limited cash flow. Undertaking risk management activities to protect a company's financial well-being. Analyzing the impact of financial markets on the performance of products or services.
