CORPORATE TREASURERMexico City Permanente Industria Papel/Impresión Remuneración anual: MXN 960,000 a 1080,000 + Attractive Package Acerca de nuestro cliente International manufacturing compay is looking for a Corporate Treasurer Oferta: Improving and maintaining the financial standing; Responsible for determining financial strategies and policies, advising on what business to invest, arranging the appropriate funding and managing financial risks in the organization; Ensure that the company has the cash and liquidity to meet its obligations, involving raising funds from banks, as well as debt and equity markets, trading in the foreign exchange, commodity and money markets; Dealing with leasing and insurance; Main activities involve Capital markets and funding, cash and liquidity management, treasury operations and controls, corporate financial management and risk management. Perfil deseado Responsibilities. Managing daily cash balances and trading in the financial markets; Strategic management of Company assets including retirement plan. Being responsible of the company working capital jointly with the corporate controller and administrative controller. Ensuring that a company's cash flow is adequate to allow it to operate effectively. Forecasting cash payments and anticipating challenges arising from limited cash flow. Undertaking risk management activities to protect a company's financial well-being. Analyzing the impact of financial markets on the performance of products or services. Supporting specific financial projects, such as acquisitions of other business and new business development. Evaluating financial impact of new business ventures and looking for better conditions to obtain credit lines. Creating solutions to new financial challenges by applying financial/treasury knowledge. Establishing a relationship with other departments such as tax and accounting, on a range of issues. Communication with bankers and investors and maintaining positive working relationship improving negotiations with the market. Support financial operation with local banks. Keeping up to date with financial and industry developments; Attending board and senior management meetings and presenting information.Identify market opportunities to improve insurance and leasing conditions.
