This position is a key role in the organization reporting into the General Manager. Technical Skills: · The candidate must possess the ability to draft standard and non-standard terms and conditions for commercial contracts in support of the business for new and existing products and services. · Contracts include sales and services agreements; agent, reseller and distribution agreements; partner agreements and letters of intent; leases; various supplier agreements, etc. · Must be able to assess legal and business risks and advise staff accordingly. · This role requires outstanding negotiating skills. · Must have a thorough working knowledge of Government and regulatory matters and obtaining licenses and permits for operation of offices and service centers. · Additionally, will need General Knowledge for advising on civil, criminal and administrative laws; labor matters; litigation matters; technology transfers and other corporate matters a plus. · Will be required to draft and maintain policies and procedures relating to internal controls and contract processes, and to train internal staff accordingly.
