Oferta:
1. Directs and manages the Business Planning activities for IT Services across the North America locations including: strategic planning, budget, financial planning, resource management, contract management, establishing and attainment of cross affiliates, business policies and procedures, change management, and fixed asset vendor management.
2. Directs and manages the operational and personnel activities of the application development planning area. Specifically SAP application and server based systems application development and maintenance; support of multiple locations; support of function-specific systems; and other application development; package software installation, support, upgrade and modification; and development and maintenance of program source version control.
3. Participate in system and network design and analysis, project prioritization and leadership; developing and administering user training; developing and administering Disaster Recovery Plan; and setting system standards.
4. Manages relationships with Executive Management.
5. Makes strategic, and often precedent-setting, decisions that may affect multiple functions. Provides advice and counsel to others.
6. Through subordinate management personnel, directs and manages the planning, application development, infrastructure, operations and network personnel.
7. Establishes and implements policies and procedures related to Information Technology.
8. Performs all duties in accordance to HQ and Quality standards.
Perfil deseado
Bachelor's degree in Information systems or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience (15 years including at least 10 years of management). SAP experience a must. Analytical skills, negotiation skills, customer service skills to create innovative solutions to difficult situations; ethics, respect, trust, responsibility, entrepreneurial spirit and passion. English is a must.
