Main responsabilities.
-The primary role of the Regional KAM is to prospect, develop and drive sales volumes
- Must be able to work independently and have the ability to assess strategic joint vendor opportunities, whilst providing due diligence on joint opportunities.
- Exceptional communication skills required to meet with executives in other vendors and operators.
-Direct and indirect sales of products to commercial customers, including Service Providers and channel partners.
-Work in an overlay sales capacity to assist in the penetration of the market with a new product introduction
-Continuous training and customer service to direct sales force to best represent products in the commercial market
Develop and maintain relationships with customers to cater their needs. Share that insight with the HQ team for the development of value propositions
-Achieve revenue and account growth targets in line with Commercial sales objectives
-Identify, create and develop key partners who sell into the commercial market
-Provide for financial analyses, long range forecasting and analysis studies associated with this market to assist in prioritizing market initiatives and R&D
-Day-to-day activities will include: prospecting, developing proposal and delivering sales presentations, closing new business, contract negotiations, account life cycle management, etc.
Perfil deseado
Experience
-5-10 years experience in telecom; with some experience in GSM/UMTS industry.
-Sales or Sales Management
-An established customer contact base with operators and providers
-Ability to influence relationships at all levels
-Ability to identify, plan and execute solution sales.
-Strong presentation, organizational and planning skills
Skills:
Must have strong global communication skills.
Strong Negotiation skills.
Technical skills is an asset
Must be used to work on "Hands On" mode
Experience selling telecom solutions(software+hardware) in telecom market will be considered as key differentiator
