Purchasing Manager
Description:
Sourcing and qualification of new partnerships; Organize bidding or competitive evaluation for supplier selection, negotiation, contracting and
utilization processes for sub-contractors,
prepare the bidding strategy
Achieve the assigned cost saving ratio (KPI) according to the benchmark prices in procurement activities for telecommunication network
deployment projects.
Participate in the implementation of the project, and coordinate between Huawei project team and suppliers.
Organize the performance evaluation for suppliers
Requirements:
- Good general knowledge of the Telecommunication sector;
- Good general knowledge of the telecommunications networks engineering (network deployment);
- Graduated from Business School or Engineering School, bachelor¿s degree or above is necessary;
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Good communication
- Good listening skills
- Good written and spoken English & Spanish
- Analytical and summary skills
- Teaching skills
- Capable of working under pressure
- Four years working experience in the telecommunication engineering service (network deployment) purchasing field as buyer;
- Experience in Telecommunication Operators or Global Telecommunication Equipments Vendors of Spain;
- Experience in creating and implementing supplier sourcing, selection, and development strategies in the field of telecommunication engineering
service (network deployment);
- Solid knowledge of supplier related performance metrics.
