The position is responsible for the overall finance operations. The finance operations include accounting and compliance with US GAAP and local regulations and taxes, payroll, maintaining an appropriate financial control environment, cash management, administration of the annual profit plan and providing analytical support to measure financial performance of the business unit and evaluate new business opportunities;

Internal controls;
Account Payable;
Payroll;
Accounting & External Reporting;
Financial Planning and Analysis;
Strategic Planning;
Treasury;
Cash Management.
Perfil deseado
A CPA or MBA is desirable. 8-10 years of Financial planning and analysis experience including financial modeling.Must have strong interpersonal skills. Comfortable working with Senior Management. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work under tight deadlines. Familiarity with financial systems (JD Edwards). Must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Fluency in english. Previous management experience is preferred. Experience in the retail industry.
